It was possible to get to 4k tickets without recharging stamina on a team around 100k power. It took pretty much all of the stamina for the two weeks, but putting together 2k for maxed lechenaultia should be doable without issue even if you can't clear the last missions (and relied on a good Helper squad for ?-3 and ?-7).
