I'm probably sitting on about 30 knights at 99% as well so I haven't gone through them but I find it interesting that OP mentioned the vanilla aspect but the only 2 I did so far were Holly and Apple of Sodom both of which were sorta the same but different than description above.

Girl: I want you to do me, but I'm fragile
Commander: ok, I'm gonna stick it in, but not too hard
Girl: ok...this seems nice, but I'm distracted
Commander: So whats the problem and why aren't you getting off?
Girl: Well, I want you to bang the crap out of me, but I thought you were gentle and not into that
Commander: By all means let me oblige then and bang the hell out of you
Girl: Great. now I can get off and by the way I love you Knight Commander and thanks for not being so gentle with me
Commander: No problem, manhandling Knights is what I do.
