I'm not sure how, but I managed to 3* all event maps in the second batch. ?-7 and ?-8 were incredibly frustrating. I'm still going to continue running ?-8, for the Life Crystals, but I never want to try to 3* that one again. What a nightmare.

The RNG in ?-7 and ?-8 are really trolling, I always miss 1 pest, always. Also the rotating arrow is ridiculous, 5 squads passed through it and all of them went to the same direction, and it wasn't happen just once, but so many times.

appreciate anyone that threw out some tips earlier yesterday.

And I'm sitting here, haven't even touched ?-8, and after over 10 tries still only 2 medals on ?-7. Oh, and did I mention I haven't cleared ?-4 yet? RNGesus hates me.

Managed to clear ?-7 today. Alltogather it gave 3 tries. Followed the advise here and the girls for once choose the correct paths.
Back to ? - 8 which I still need to finish first, but considering I would be farming that one anyway, its no real problem.

?-8 seems simpler than ?-7. Roughly one out of four tries should be successful.

Top left tent: 2 medium speed squads
Top right tent: 1 slow team, just fast enough to hit the switchnode before the other two teams reach it
Bottom two tents: 1 fast team in each tent works better for me than placing both in the bottom tent. For some reason, knights have a strong habit of taking the same direction in random nodes. Just observation, but I still don't believe the random nodes are pure RNG. If they are, then the randomizer is of quite crappy quality.

Question: ?-4 or ?-8 for farming, for those who have completed both? ?-8 gives a guaranteed 6, but the RNG is pure hell (I often miss at least 1 chest), where ?-4 hasn't been nearly as bad (the only thing I miss regularly is that boss between 2 RNG nodes) but only gives 5 guaranteed (but often gives 2 extra). They're probably similar, with ?-8 having the edge and I've just been unlucky with the chests, but what do you guys think?

This is a great strategy. It only took me 2 times on ?-8 with this squad placement to get 3 medals.
