Well, half of the point of doing the maintenance in the first place was to give out the rewards for the event that just ended. Once the maintenance had ended, it was natural to expect the rewards to be there. Throw in the fact that they acknowledged that there was a problem, and the question became entirely justified.

Justified does not make it any less impatient tho.

Patience has nothing to do with the issue when the general procedure is taking the event down during maintenance, giving the rewards, AND posting the new event live.

Other than that, people is just reporting the mismatch of the aforementioned trend. If you read the thread, you will notice that no one is posting in the lines of "OM@#$F%$%G!!! WHERE IS MY REWARD!! YOU ST#@$%#$ AS$@!#H$#@L$!"

^ This, people were mostly just confirming this is a global issue that Nutaku is likely to fix on their own instead of an exceptions issue where bug reports need to be submitted. The above poster is correct in stating that most of the time rewards are given during the maintenance, thus concern is understandable.
