With the first one you need all 3 girls to go right, to unlock that 2lock node and then kill the pest. That by itself is pretty stupid (2 lock plus pest, means 3 people necessary, lesser chance of success).
Wel.... whatever, gonna farm manyus today, and return to this BS later. But they should include less RNG in their maps for fu*k sake. Not getting fully upgraded event girl just because you get screwed over by some random notes, even though your party strength and tactics are valid is just retarded.

RNG is a matter of taste, and I am not a big fan of it myself. However, today is the second day of phase 2. So you still have six days to complete two missions, doesn't sound like too much of an issue. I honestly prefer that over pure strength-check events like one of the earlier ones where I was done with each phase's four maps after five tries overall.
How often you can run them depends on your max stamina, your luck with stamina drops during exploration (and whether or not you use exploration well) and convenient level-ups. Also remember you can break off a mission without losing stamina once in a while.
All in all both x-6 and x-12 aren't too bad, just go 1-2-2 with a much faster squad on the left spawn for the first and go 3-1-1 with an about 100 faster squad on the looping path and a slightly slower squad on the middle spawn for the latter. Should work soon enough.
