Supposedly, the RNG is pretty terrible in this event, the previous event, and the next event. After that, things should get slightly more managable again.

?-3 may take a few tries, but it's the one I'm farming, because the chests are easier to reach than the ones on ?-6. I put 2 fast teams on the left camp and 3 medium/slow teams in the right camp. None in the center camp, one of your fast teams hopefully turns in that direction.

?-6 is RNG hell. Basically, try to get your timing right with one fast team on the center camp and all your other (and noticably slower, like, 25% slower) teams in the top camp. Ignore the bottom camp, if your center team is fast enough, it should pass through that area.

?-6 is actually not that bad RNG wise if you place 2 teams top and 3 teams middle. Speed is not really an issue unless your top teams are a lot faster then the middle ones.

Are the top teams not supposed to be faster?

oh they are but if they are too much faster than the others you miss the last bottom pest node, the middle teams can also run the long way instead of the short way which doesn't matter for nodes but does add 2-4 extra rounds to their journey.

Finally cleared all the missions.

The best success I had in ?-2 and ?-6 was with a squad of girls set up like this:
T1 Damage 48K Speed 720
Rest of the Teams Around 48K damage, Speed 550-600
Suicide Bombers. Nuke one or two nodes and make sure to get wiped on the boss fights.
It still is RNG based however this way IF you get good RNG at least you wont fail with one strong group clearing the map before all nodes are hit.
Setup for ?-2
T1 Alone at bottom, everyone else at the top mass RNG route.
Setup for ?-6
Two teams (T1 and Helper/T2) at middle, rest of the teams on top.
Took a while to properly gauge the necessary DMG/Speed ratio for the teams, but eventually this setup brought me the 3* Victory.

Someone make this RNG nightmare end.

RNG hates me on a good day, but clearly it doesn't want me to complete this event at all.

Spent over 500 stamina on ?-2 and it still won't 3 star because of the stupid RNG.

Adjusting your team to suit the map as best as possible might also be a way to lower the RNG, as there is some meager leeway to go around it.

No, there really isn't. I'm half way through my third level bar just doing stage 2 and have yet to three star. I have never gotten a condition where my team 1 goes bottom and any other team gets the top bug. Even when all 4 teams went top neither of the two top fork were successful.

I just want to give up on this event, it's such garbage.

Well, I already quit trying to three medal everything, though I might do some attempt again this weekend when I'm bored. But, for now, I'm farming the hell out of ?-3. It's 7,000-9,000 gold per run, which is pretty decent for a 40 stamina map, can spawn both raidbosses (lvl 60-ish) and SGs (advanced), and gives a guaranteed 2 lifegems (but I've had 3 lifegems a couple of times as well).

I finally managed to 3 star it, but it took another 200+ stamina. Really is one annoying event, but persistence will always pay off in the end, even if you feel like throwing your mouse against the wall and blowing up your computer.
