I have no idea what SD means. Well, normally I would use is as standard deviation but in this case I dunno :^)

SD means 'super deformed.' In other words, her chibi form. Haven't seen it yet myself, so I can't answer his question.

But again, they both get buffed in the future. Lily Rubellum in particular gets massive buffs that let her compete with Hanamomo.

Event equipment is far better than any other equipment.

It's actually a ring, but anyway:
For a regular unit? Only as a placeholder until you get a +9 silver ring or better (+800 ATK is equivalent to a +8 silver ring, though some girls could probably use some extra defense anyway)
For a counter attack unit like Anemone, Rose or Hypericum? HELL YES! This ring is GREAT!

That's for the lvl 0 versions as you buy it, don't ask me how the lvl 40 stats compare to a lvl 40 +10 ring
