Only requirement is the usual Player courtesy - as in - Dont nuke bosses shared, unless the boss is close to expiration (0-20 minutes or so), so that as many people as possible can get a jab on it. And try to have at least some minute activity here on the Forum - hence the reason many of us are swapping their older/stronger but non-forum allies for people who are part of this community (even if they are not active as commentators, at least they follow up the threads and can act accordingly in big group events).
Do not worry about your squads strength - it will improve over time

I usually select my allies and send them an Invite to the Guild (overly glorified name for allies list ^_^) via PM. This time however I decided to do it in this manner due to the amount of people being recruited.

I'll throw this out there but I don't bring a lot to offer because I'm new, so I don't expect ally requests to come rushing in:

Level 50 atm, TP 172k, squads between 41-44k.
I only started a few weeks ago, so still working on leveling - I have a hard time getting through the event ultimate maps, and the advanced I can get through but it's not pretty. In the current event, i.e., I can't usually spawn bosses over the level 66 bee.
Stamina is limiting also, and so is the desire to spend time on the reissue events as well as the current event.

I can promise to be respectful of raids; I have already about 4 sets at varying degrees of strength and usually aim for hitting a boss for from 5-20% of its total HP with 1 raid point (I never spend more unless it's running out of time). Best squad is currently doing about 130-200k. I've never seen a seed bearer but I think I'm prepared.

I did tap a raid (scorpion) this weekend that was spawned by IvanLedah and I think I saw Rupturez and Myrdin in the participant list - I hit that one a bit more gently because I've only seen a couple but already know that they give more seeds per hit point than the typical seedy seed/queen wasp.
