I don't really know the skill level of your Japanese Iris but if you have a good lvl5 skill / 4 slots lvl70 Geranium it can be an even better improvment. I just move her in my Counter team where I have Hypericum/Mirabilis/Lechenaultia and it's amazing. Since there all max skill, they activate their skills really often.
-50% damage on moving pest from Japanese Iris is good too but with a high blowing power and Chocolate heal you may not really need it I think. Well, it's just an idea. This one is already enough good ^^
