Helper Team TP does not count affection or equipement bonuses (even if they count during battle. I don't know why). So, 80K TP is not bad at all. My bests allies are arround 85-88k TP withh full lvl70 girls. And only 3 or 4 are over 90k. Don't really mind with that. Maybe you're not a super really high TP helper team but it's still good. Just raise your girls level and all will be fine.
And remember, TP means nothing out of whaleship. You can have high TP teams with bad synergy weaker than lower TP teams with good synergy.
