While it'd be nice if that was the case, it isn't. Nutaku really needs to hire more staff, at the very least.

If Nameless flipped out on you despite that (like how he did to me when I was casually trying to bring up a censorship thing without meaning to start anything), then I'd agree. But having dealt with stupid people asking stupid things before, you weren't really helping your case there. And again, since he isn't actually customer service, it's not actually his job to be polite about seemingly stupid questions.
