Got 2 Gold, one dupe, and one of which was Night Phlox... Yaii...... I was really happy for a moment, finally a new girl... and then I noticed there was no ticket and it slowly dawned to my what just happened.

Fuck this game... Like I am at the state where I am strongly considering of dropping this ungrateful bitch of a game... fuck... (just my frustration peaking at the moment, it was really hard to farm up those Flower Gems, and a mistake like this is just.... not even funny).
You could message the support and explain what happened and ask nicely - they may drop you a ticket

AND yeh 2 gems did a few too many 5 pulls which Im glad at or I';d be on 22 and tempted to spend

Talking of which if this was a $50 guaranteed - I'd probably have bitten, little salty this one will pass me by
