Because that's Moarsi's MO. Letting the luck simmer until the next set of limited Gachas are released, then pulling out Golds, or even Rainbows from single draws OTL. I even prophesied it once and I was right!

oh come on i never said that legend was a fake,yeah i made it sound a bit unrealistic but every word was true to the core.......so we just need to meet him in person and get our full 5*(and maybe even 6*)before we kick the bucket.
