OK so you're saying the "+50x5" is like adding 50 to each of the 5 girls, instead of averaging and then adding 50. Just a different (and perhaps more clear) way of showing how the girl buffs her team's speed.

No, Squad Speed gets applied after the average of the girls in a squad is calcualated.

Example Calculation:


515 + 430 + 555 + 675 + 345 = 2520

2520 divided by 5 = 504

504 + 50 Squad Speed from Edelweiss = 554 Total Squad Speed

765 is an "equivalent speed". If you replace Edel with a girl with 765 speed, you will get the same results (in a 5 girls squad) :

765 + 430 + 555 + 675 + 345 = 2770

2770 / 5 = 554 !

Different solution, same result.

(a + b + c + d + e) / 5 + 50 == (a + b + c + d + e) / 5 + 250/5 == (a + b + c + d + e + 250) / 5

Well the only time that my formula is wrong is when your squad has less than 5 units, which kinda unusual anyway

Maybe some people raised the issue and they decided to add them, it's a good idea for people if they wanted to increase a main and still max out a dupe no reason not to let them

Seeing as the current event is super grindfest once again, I´ll just gratefully accept my last dressbloom I needed for my 1st Edelweiss and wont bother going for a second one, like I did with Lavender - where I had the comfort of time to do so.

Kinda unfortunate as she could be used for Bloom materials once we get to that phase of the game - but I expect that wont happen a good year from now on, so no need to super stock my dupe girls for those materials yet.

sorry if this is a stuiped question but I lvl up the edelweiss they give you to lvl 8 but spent the 2000 point to buy a new 1 thinking maybe they will take the free 1 from you is that how it gose or am I going to have both of them at the end of the event again sorry if it is a stuiped question but first event I'm on here for and just wanted to know.
