I don't even know where to go for the Discord stuff. I did a search, and someone said "the link has dried up" more or less.
I don't need to do stuff like that usually because the game generally behaves as its supposed to, and in a consistent manner.

I don't know whats up with Nutaku's "help" stuff. I don't think I've ever had a response back for ANY game.
I encountered a glitch on Big Bang Empire, and that was the end of that. I can't do anything at all, just sits there.
So yeah, I'm not too hopeful about the support requests. Anyway, ever heard of helping your fellow man? You should try it, its awesome.

As for multiple Lavenders; you'd probably disapprove of the way I dress my units. You can only have 20 girls out there at a time, and I split mine up by where they're from. I have the Banana Island girls in one group, Winter Rose Garden in another, etc., so in that case I'd have two Lavenders that I wouldn't be able to place in the same unit, per the rules.

(And really, while the game has some challenging things..is anybody -- at this point -- really STRUGGLING with difficulty? More often than not I can start an 80 on whatever mission, and just walk away, hands off.)

Expanding Inventory space in a item collecting game, has more purpose than just "expanding space for more crap". You give yourself breathign room, bot physical in form of the new slots, and mental in the form of more relax attitude. Having no need to play Diablo styled Inventory shenanigans with your items every single day, lets your mind relax and focus on more important tasks.... - Like GETTING THE GIRL for example !
As for what was your reasoning for getting all her upgrades but not the girl .... not gonna comment on this one, I believe there is no need. How much good do those event items for you now I wonder...

There is no lack of sympathy, heck with my crap rolls while watching people roll double 6* in one go I very much know the sorrow this game can do to one person. You talking about Karma and talking down. Stuff you brought out the pity card, and when some of us pointed out that what happened was by your own doing (or not doing in this case as you failed to claim the girl for 2 weeks of the event running) you got all offended. Oh how we are so cruel as to not pity you, we bastards. Karma will get back at us. Had you admitted, that you messed up in the first place none of our responses would be in such manner as they have been. Taking responsiblity for ones actions is also a part of adults life.

I don't know how old you are, but I've been playing games with item management in them FOREVER. Earthbound has THE WORST item system of any game, ever. I play WWE Supercard now, and before S3, I was CONSTANTLY at the limit, and i made it work for 2 years. I know what I'm doing with that stuff, with this stuff.

If my box is full (for now), and I just need to run a few more missions to get enough points to drop in the Gacha for the 6th upgrade that I'm GUARANTEED in the next 8 rolls, whats the harm? All I need to do is sell a couple garbage 2* to get back down to 96, or whatever, and away I go. I get my final upgrade, I pop the girl out, I level her up with ALL of her upgrades, and done. Easy peasy. THIS TIME, they broke from tradition (as I've said), almost as if everything thats happened in the last 6 months meant NOTHING as far as consistency goes with the timing of events ending. Again, the Gacha is STILL THERE. Why? Theoretically, you could be AWARDED a ticket for this event girl TODAY...and not even be able to cash it in. Now how much sense does that make?? Please, tell me.

The guy that sold his is one thing, my scenario is completely different. (I lock my new girls instantly, btw)

I offer help when I think it's needed or deserved. And besides, the last few times I tried going out of my way to help someone with Discord, I got a slap in the face for it because it was about censorship except not actually, or because I was being too abrasive with how someone worded their question badly, despite also helping them reword it and probably pissing someone else off in the process anyway. Basically, mods deal with stupid people like you all the time, and I don't need to add to their workload if I can help it.

You think your team layout is bad? I'm still using Strawberry in my main team. No fucks given.

When we start getting maps with level 90+ pests or whatever and your teams are hurting for heals, you may be wishing you had a second Lavender. Or not. But that's what having options is for. You chose to not get a second Lavender, fine. But if you choose to complain about the difficulty of later maps, I'll be more than happy to ask you why you didn't expand your roster when you had the chance.

(Though Lavender et al. will eventually become permanent revivals anyway, so it doesn't matter much now.)

Maybe the gacha ending early is a first-time. But listed deadlines being wrong overall is nothing new. Even though maintenance is usually at 10 AM UST or so, the listed times for how long until the event maps last usually extend about six hours past that. Regardless, you still chose to not take precautions, and that's on you.

Though I would be careful to condemn people who have done similar mistakes. I think we all ( though not necessary in FKG) often calculate in order to make certain decisions and in order to make these we make certain assumptions (in this case: shop will be longer open since it has always been this way). But sometimes these calculations will fail and this doesn't always have to be out of bad calculations but simply out of bad luck or not expectable occcastions.
So the only thing we can do I guess is: always have a bit of leeway for the unexpected.

But on the other hand if I ever would have to calculate for my space ( for whatever reasons) I guess I also would have assumed that the shop will stay longer since it has always been that way, so I can kinda understand that. So even if he messed up since waiting wasn't necessary and he hadn't created any leeway, i still think he was kinda unlucky.

But even if he is partially at fault, why shoudnt he get sympathy? I mean what happened sucks, I think we all would also feel that way. Of course we can't sympathise with everything if someone says I killed my pet and now I feel lonely, it would just be stupid to feel sry for him. But in this case where he had at least some logic behind ( even though not completely correct) and no bad intentions or anything, I think a bit of sympathy isn't wrong.

Breaking tradition is strange, and not welcome. I don't think anyone is going to contest that.

The reason you're not getting sympathy is because you didn't trade for the girl immediately after getting her ticket (this isn't even a case where it's a gacha ticket and you are holding off because you might get the girl you want with your next roll and then use the ticket on someone else; this ticket was for event girl only). Common sense dictates get the girl, THEN worry about improving her with blooms. The fact you have played from Day 1 means you're even further from getting any sympathy, since you don't have the newbie excuse of "I had no clue the game works like that."

You're crying foul for not doing something by Day 14 of the event what common sense dictates you'd do by Day 3 latest (and if you have all the blooms, you likely had the ticket on Day 1, maybe 2). Most people's capacity for sympathy takes a nosedive when the person complaining has ignored common sense, got burned and then cries foul. YES, they should have left up the exchange longer. But the fact you got all the blooms means it is on YOU for not exchanging as early as possible (even if your gift box was full, if you really are a Day 1 player, you'd find a way to clear inventory enough to make room in the gift box at least). Therefore, sympathy levels are at zero for most people here.

Again, I question how a day one player did not know that link was there when settings get reset (or used to, anyway) every maintenance and suddenly, one day, there's a new button next to the settings button.

By "stupid people", I'm lumping you in with the common Facebook user who can't read simple directions or know about common sense. Or the people who think that FKG needs breaks when the reason this game is doing so well compared to Nutaku's other games *coughAigiscough* is because there's always something to do (though admittedly the last event was super-grindy if you couldn't get the last skillbloom until the last day).

Because, like Ivan says, I cannot fathom why you made the decisions you did and still expect sympathy for it, much like I look at the average Facebook post and wonder why they can't do an ounce of research before posting about their fuck-ups.

How did I not know it was there? Because when I start, I click the same damn stuff always click, and get on with it. I don't inspect every crevice of the front page, "hey, whats this?" I mess with the volume setting, thats about it. Everything else is functional. And I've never needed HELP like this, as I stated before. Have you considered being some sort of detective, because you're apparently far more steeped in observational skills than a guy (me) who actually ranks on a hyper-awareness chart. You've gotta be in the top 2 percentile, man, put that stuff to use. As for "not fathoming," I already told you. Multiple times. You don't need to fathom, you need to listen. Or read. They took it away early. I'm usually on the ball, some things lined up here and I didn't get her early. I thought "eh, who cares, that crap is always around after the event ends anyways."
