That said, I don't understand why she's so strong compared to the rest of 6*?

I aint gonna repeat myself again - that rating is not 100% accurate. It only takes into account units maximum Battle potential, while excluding utility like Speed Bonuses, Healing on nodes and such. Stats are one thing, abilities are other. Dont look at that rating and treat it like the Holy Grail of all wisdom.
