@Bloodsport Bloom: you know what, it's not much until i don't care anymore and that's worse than ppl complaining. if you don't care about the game you won't spend money on it and nutaku's daily bread. and if the community starts to think the dev-team don't care anymore too... well that can't be good^^

so transparency and comunication with the community is very important, imo.

Indeed given how long it's been down for - a warning would have been nice

Yes, they did say they pushed the migration to this week. But did they make further announcements on Monday saying what day and time exactly is that migration? NO. If they keep sending us false alarms, we'll eventually get sick of it, to the point that even hardcore players couldn't be bothered anymore making a change to their schedule to accommodate the maintenance unlike what you expect. Plus, they are hardcore players who have to go to work so how'd you expect them to login before maintenance unexpectedly starts, at work?

Yeah, people leaving the game is definitely worse coz Nutaku will be losing profit.

Indeed. And to think that the guys on Nutaku have got much less work than the devs on DMM. (Well, they're the ones who have to plan everything while Nutaku copies!) How difficult can it be to just send a simple notice so that players are informed?

Not everyone uses discord. Kinda wished they used something else

i for one am sick and tied of the lack of warning about just about everything really. i was playing during the day, and was going to hit it up after work, as i normally do every day, even during maintenance, go away for 30 min and boom, the 10+ hours server migration hits, how hard is it to tell us when this happens in a browser game, really other Nutaku games actually have warnings in the news area, the LOGICAL place to tell people whats happening.
How hard to put a few lines of text in a news link/feed what ever you call it. Do the people Nutaku work with really only give them 3 mins warning before new servers are made available.

I am not asking for compensation for the game being down, or the game being down for 10+ hours

JUST KEEP IT SIMPLE AND TELL ME IN GAME WITH THE BLACK BANNER AT THE BOTTOM OF THE GAME IN ADVANCE !!!!

This game is about time management, we have to put hours/days in to it, the more time in, the more progress we make, we work around Nutaku's schedule, but when they do not have a schedule, or do not tell us, they want me to be happy...NO !

Apparently the maintenance was announced in advance.

Last DST change when the server went down for ~12 hours, we got 10 FGs.

There was also the stam glitch compensation that took several months for them to give us a 5* ticket, but eh.
