Last week, not only did Discord notify us of the server change, but I also saw the notice on Nutaku's home page. And that was a false alarm. Now, your not telling us fuck about what's happening today?!! Haven't even finished Canna's reissue yet. Yeah, there better be compensation for this, though I doubt they'll ever give us anything good. Worst case scenario: They give us 5 Flower Gems and take down that Canna's reissue due to maintenance taking longer than expected.

After the update is complete, last week I guess the update content will come true? If so, it is great.

i dont think there will be a compensation. even thou the update is one week late they announced it with ~10h durration last week.

As if Nutaku ever really compensated us for the trouble... I think it happened maybe once and that was some major fuckup, so I wouldn't hold your breath to much expecting something.

For those saying that they got no warning, Discord and Nutaku warned us all that the update was happening today, for ten hours. If you're expecting to be compensated because you forgot/didn't know/didn't care and now you're upset because you missed a few gathers, that's kinda silly. It's a ten hour maintenance, and they told us it was going to be that long when they announced it for last week with only a day or two of notice. Now you've had a week to prepare for today's maintenance. We all lost some stamina regeneration time and some gathers because of the gargantuan down time, but to say the devs sprung this on us is false.

What's worse is today's maintenance is supposed to be the server change, which is meant to help alleviate some of the issues that the patches from last week brought in with the new background and whatnot. I've spent a week reading about how the last patch better be fixed on the server change, only to read today that people are now upset by the length of the downtime and how abruptly it came on. We all knew it was coming today, when it comes isn't particularly relevant; we should just be happy they're actively taking steps to improving the game.

And as for the reissued Canna event, you should have one more day/a dozen or so hours after today's downtime to finish your farming.
I personally finished up my alt's event grinding yesterday instead of Manyu farming because I knew I'd have limited time to use my Stamina on the Dragon Farming before the maintenance, so I planned accordingly. Finished the event, got my 6 yellow level 100 Dragons in my early runs, and finished up my Stam bar about ten minutes before the maintenance came on. Those who are complaining it's BS are kinda... just being childish.
