Dupe characters items are useless unless you also have dupe of this girl. You can't use them as bond crystal or upgrade material. You can just sells it for almost nothing (200 gold if I'm not wrong).

Helenium is a useful dupe if you are short of powerful Knights for all four squads. Four equip slots for the strong counter attack skill.
