Just did some math on my trigger squad. Except for Cymbidium, they're currently all guaranteed to have a Special Attack on the first round:
3x 1.2 trigger multiplier = 1.6 trigger multiplier (these multipliers are additive) (from Maple, Burning Bush and Iberis)
Cymbidiums first round multiplier is 2
So that means, to get a guaranteed special attack on the first round with these four girls, a girl needs a trigger rate of at least 100 / (1.6 * 2) = 31.25.
Cymbidiums' trigger rate is 30, so she will occasionally do a normal attack on the first round. Not often, but it happens.

But, replacing Iberis with a fully skilled Bloomed Nerine, means the total multiplier on the first round becomes 1.72 * 2 = 3.44. And 100/3.44 equals 29.01. Cymbidiums' trigger rate of 30 is more than 29.01, so she'll always do her special on the first round with Nerine on the squad! YAY!!!!

I guess I discovered who will be my first bloomed girl, and where my next five Skill Blooms will go.

By any chance are all those girls AoE? cause if they are nothing and I do mean nothing, will survive round 1 short of a raid boss.

Her skill rate buff was 1.2x until relatively recently. You may need to wait a while for that 1.32.

I hope they correct some of the first evolution skills as they work through giving girls bloomed forms. Nasturtium, for example, is completely missing her first evolution ability.

Nerine gets a large number of buffs over time. I hope they actually give her the buff she is supposed to get soon though. I think it was supposed to happen in our November, so I will be sad if they forget about it.
