I honestly don't know how I feel about this... It is a weaker ability BUT anyone can use it....

The heal is for only the team that picks it up. The skill rate buff is for all teams. It'd be useful against super bosses capable of wiping teams, but not whaleship battles.

I ussually go into 19-5 with a whale power of 1.49-1.5M now. And even I take a lot of damage. Never to the point of failure. But I have came close before.
