I'm speed leveling a debuff-squad (Setaria, Dahlia, Pitahaya, Southern Crotch, Cherry Sage), several of which I have to level all the way from 1 unevolved, so I take every manyu I can get. Results at 75.5k Team Power and Pitahaya still not evolved are already very promising though. And Setaria is in the squad because there aren't any magic debuff girls, so I figured dodge is the next best thing. And cats rule, ofcourse.
