don't exaggerate, she's far away from being the "best rainbow". her TP is just average, her skills are 15% att and 40% bonus dmg on solar blast and she has a multi-target battleskill... so she can not even compete with girls like alpinia, kerria, anemone, ionocidium or even cherry...
