So it is equivalent to a Lvl 16 Silver Bracelet for upgrading another bracelet?

I guess? I haven't even seen a gold shogun myself yet, but it would seem that it's not worth trying to farm them for equip spirits. They should become more regularly available in the future, and this is just a sneak peek.

If it works the same way as on DMM, that would be about it.
And remember that that is the lowest quality one, the silver and gold ones give even more exp.
With the right materials and some luck you can level a piece of equipment 1->40 in one go on DMM.

i've got on up, ~255k hp left. nobody wants to finish it.

people still poking on these 15 million HP golden super raid bosses. this is all obama's fault.
