Now I honestly dont care, its your money, if you wanna spend it for a weak 4* (its been confirmed these Code Girls are weaker a level weaker than the Event girls by other people who have her, and seeing as the event girls are weaker than standard Gacha girls... so yeah).
So yeah if you are a wealthy whale who doesnt care about money, do as you please if you just want her for the collection, more power to you.

If you are a person looking to pad out a place in your team with some useful new character, you might wanna skip this one.

Well, that's a bit high of a price if it's just the girl. I don't see anyone besides whale collectors going for this and more power to them; personally I don't have a "gotta get this one" feel about any of the serial code/promo girls.

She's good and should bloom relatively soon and if you don't have her , not a bad deal.
I would buy if I didn't already have her 3 slotted. An earring slot just isn't worth it to me.
