I just got the ticket purchase to work for me. I had sent in a support request earlier, but I don't know if that had anything to do with it.

I've got the ticket, but there are no 5 stars that i really want right now... Anyone know for how long a ticket last? So that i know if use it now or not.

make sure you use it before 3rd october. there are coming new girls with the new event and all tickets will expire that date.

List time I did so for the X-overd shutting down compensation I didnt get reply nor the compensation, so I am unsure if I didi it correctly.

Impossible. There's so many 5★ girls to choose from, there must be at least one that you like! If not, I'd recommend picking a girl with ATK UP skill or ATK DOWN skill. ATK DOWN on enemies is quite a rare skill and only a handful of girls have it so far so that'll be good.

I think you did it correctly. I got my compensations, no problem. It seems like FKG staff are good slackers, much like Epidendrum.
