That was part of their summer sale, so everything was cheap as hell at that time (not just for FKG).

$2.50 for a 10% chance at a rainbow or 20% chance at a gold was the real highlight at the time.

Regardless, those are the exceptions, not the norm. Expect similar sales for Black Friday and Christmas, but don't apply them to weekly sales like this.

Cosmos was my first gold, and since then, I've gotten maybe three or so dupes? So yeah.

Of all the launch golds though, I've only pulled one Oncidium ever. Everyone else, I've pulled multiple dupes of, except Violet with only one dupe. Still, pretty weird for a gold you'd expect literally every veteran to have.

those kind of deals seem to be part of bigger promotions nutaku hold for special events such as valentine etc that the FKG team don't even seem to be aware of themselves until the actual day

Daily deals also seem to be the end of the (generally better, imo) weekend deals.
