That's irrelevant when operating in foreign markets. If Product A is legal for purchase in Country A, but illegal in Country B, then Product A can't be sold in Country B without running into legal issues.

That said, the wheels of law, particularly across borders, can turn pretty slowly especially if you're a small company.

Also because of rarity growth only rainbow dressblooms are any good unfortunately

1000 NG for a 5* and a dressbloom, not bad. Definitely better than paying 5000 NG for a trophy 5* (still salty for the Devil's Claw deal)

Rarity growth is something to keep in mind for sure. I realize blooms reset if you chose to grow them.
but is likely a year away at best and I have only one of my 5* so far that has been released and interests me, and that is Ardisia Bride, who I don't use now at all. The rest are coming out later like Rainbow Rose. The other one is 4* who only will be amped up and ready, key add to Kerria team, that one is Bianca Tulip

Working on Snowdrop, Bonci, and Epidendrum(swimsuit) right now and waiting on blooms. if Aconite comes I will get her, if she don't then Epi will do the job.


I use the blooms on the girls that are needed now for Whale and Nations and raid boss events. Girls like Greenbell, Pitahaya, Dahlia and Tall Stewartia. They don't even have rarity growth yet on DMM. Its doubtfull that they will get rarity growth from me.

Only whales who burn money on FG for batch rolls will be able to rarity grow characters, assuming it actually gets added.

Exactly, that is why I look for those girls that will augment what I already got because they will be rare and few.
