I don't see this behavior changing; code girls being introduced at exorbitant prices to get the guaranteed sales from the whale collectors, then reappearing later at a more reasonable pricetag. Amusingly, Agave did the same thing, but in reverse: she debuted at 2500NG (and included 25 FGs), then made a later appearance for 5000NG.

Aconite, I would probably give blood for, but only if she could be rarity grown. not before. The rest no way.

At one point I had interest in Nightmaher but no longer at any kind of premium.

It seems very odd to me that they keep adding these rarity grown characters that are stronger than a rainbow itself.
I mean yeah, Rarity growth takes a long time to accomplish, but the fact about it is that rarity growth is potentially more common than actually drawing a rainbow unit....
One could argue that the dress slot is a problem, but considering how lucky getting a rainbow pot is, getting the same rainbow on DMM at least has only happened once for me in the 2+ years I have played.

Regardless, back on topic. I wouldn't overthink this deal. Nutaku pricing is all over the place and honestly they probably could care less about mum. She is a fairly weak unit whose collection value was already taken advantage of.

Well that's an oxymoron. How could you claim that it takes a long time to accomplish in the same sentence as saying it takes less time it than a rainbow?

Remember that you need to still gain the crystals by drawing from the premium gacha. At a tiny rate of like, 22 growth stones per 11 draw.

The cheapest you can rarity grow a character is a gacha 5* knight at max equips (that's 3 dupes or dressblooms), which means 500 stones totaly for rarity growth. That is at least 23 11-rolls, or 1150 flower gems at the cheapest.

For free players, even with the high flow of flower gems on DMM, it still takes a few months of collecting. And free players likely won't have a lot of maxed out equip slot knights.

For whales, it's likely not as a big deal, especially now that leader medals are a thing, Rainbows also have a set amount before you guarantee getting a one you'd like. So they're likely to draw a ton of times anyways to get what they want.

Today's deal: 6* dressbloom and 10 FGs for 2000 NG. Not a bad deal.

I wish they cut out the gms and did it for 10, but that is because I am cheap haha...
