I have Halloween and I like her(I would like her a lot more if she was bloomed)

I don't run an evade team very often at all. When I have to, I put Kerria in the slice slot.
Looks like she will be good for a critical team though in bloomed form.
Its an OK deal but I am going to pass.

I need dress blooms. I wish they would offer them.
