They did have a free method for Bakery Sakura and quite honestly it was just a cash grab as you have less than a 1% of getting her after rolling a gold unit (thus real rate was about ~.06%)

Yeah i'll pass on anything worse than event girls as they are pretty awful (unless your FTP) lol
