They're putting the new version of Di Yu on sale, however it doesn't state any Skillblooms/Dressblooms with it. I'm sure there's people who want her, but 2500NG for just a 5 star seems like a bit much.

Again, I don't know if she comes with a Skillbloom/Dressbloom or not. The usual is a Rainbow + Skillbloom/Dressbloom for 2500NG.

Fritters is a solid addition to most squads (she has boosts for the whole squad in terms of skill procs, attack power and crit rate). $25 seems a bit much though if the deal really is just for her and doesn't include a 6* bloom.

If they gave a bloom as well for the same price. I would have picked her up. I already have her and making her 1/1 to 5/3 would have been nice.
