Looking through the edits on http://harem-battle.club/wiki/Flower...G:Serial-Codes, it seems the last serial code we had was between October 30 and December 7 last year.
Most of the serial codes were for 4* girls though, so people who played for more than two months would maybe grab them for completionist purposes (having a 5 skill 4* on your bench is nicer than a 4 skill 4*), but didn't really actually need those girls anymore.

The most interesting rewards were a rainbow skillbloom (Fakebook serial code) and Chocolate Cosmos (Anime Expo serial code).

TL;DR version: It depends.

If you're not able to consistently run 80 stam event maps or farm Mission 12 then it's not, in itself, a bad deal. Otherwise, you can get ampies occasionally on your own.

That said, if you're not able to run the previously mentioned stages, then you really aren't in a place where you should be looking at ampies anyways. Yes, the ampies will help, but not in any noticeable way when you're only adding one of each type to a girl (it takes 100 ampies of a given type to max the relevant stat for one girl).

Today's deal: 4 pack of L100 Bloom Dragons for 300 NG. Meh; this price is basically $15 just to bloom a 6* girl and you could instead easily farm the bloom dragons yourself with 16FG.

or if you have good RNG, farm dragons w/o too much stam

or go to the card turning thingy

or buy dragons from Whale Ship by using stam and FK refills if you can't do high Whale Ship maps
