It's already Phase 2 and I could have only bought 2 dressbloom + 1 skillbloom. Don't even ask about the Equipment Set and the rest of stuffs.

The lvl 1 boss yields 265 headbands
The lvl 11 boss yields 276 headbands

If you can easily deal with the lvl 1 boss using only 30 festival fans, but need to spend more festival fans on the lvl11 boss, then, for clearing the shop, you're better off focussing on the lvl 1 boss (or whichever lvl boss is a guaranteed kill using only 30 fans), untill you at least got everything you want from the store.

I'm focussing on the lvl 4 boss myself, since I like its rewards better than the rewards from the lvl 5-7 bosses, which I can down with 30 festival fans as well. But that's a personal decision. Once I get the most important pieces from the shop, I'll move on to whatever happens to be the highest level boss is, for the side drops.
