you dont have to keep someone's affection before 100% to wait for the second bedroom scene, you'll always be able to watch it through the Collection tab

Bird missions are not yet available. Petals also can only be currently gotten via Life Crystals.

Welp, guess it makes sense they'll have to leave 2nd affection scenes untranslated if they actually want to bring out blooms in a timely manner.
Otherwise we'd only get 1 bloom per month or something.
