Puffin browser from the Google Play store, it can make the client think it's running on a regular laptop. There is some help around here to inform about proper settings for it, but I'll have to dig around to find those back.

The only thing that comes to my mind is enabling the desktop version, as was previously mentioned, and using the "theater mode" accessible from the program settings once the game loads (without this scrollbars will not work).
