It makes far more sense that the routine that handles the race is simply based on RNG with weighted elements.

I suppose the real question is this: has DMM had reissued swan race events? If so, were those results the same? If yes, then the results are manually set and the Nutaku devs are wasting their time. If no, then the determination is most likely RNG.

If NU's staff is still at work, I'm not worried about whether or not Flower Knight Girls will end shortly.
