The problem is either your browser or your PC not Nutaku themselves. Have had 0 issues with Nutaku and FKG after clearing cache over the almost 2 years I have been playing. My suggestion would be to make sure your PC is clean and that you are using Chrome on the latest update since that works best for Nutaku.
