Unfortunately not. I too like her design, and if there is a future "joke popularity contest" she might get lucky to be made into one. In dmm one of the "NPC" girls who have no name and are in mostly to support some story, won and was later made into a proper flower knight (I actually have her on my DMM account IRC, but cant remember the name they gave her.).

Tried too, all I got were 2 dupe 4*, and from them 1 is already fully maxed, the other didn't give a skill...
