I've been running the manyu stage. I might switch over to the equipment stage at some point since I'm well-stocked on mid-tier manyus now (20-30 of each type so far).

I'm often scrapping the bottom of the gold barrel so - Gold

~60% manyus and ~40% equipment

gold as you need it for everything and barely get any farming whaleship

Gold for me, I have way too many lvl 100 manyu stored in the inventory

can't use 'em unless I have gold

Unless you are in a dire need for manyus, either type, gold is probably by far the best. Got ~1kk from all the ones I did.

i'm not a capped player so exp is my ticket...

an additional 1100 for every entry (the 20 cost one)... not sure how worth it it is, but i'm trying to get from 31 friends to 35....

besides, i get decent gold by farming the 80 stam stage and only do it for the bonus if i'm rather close to a key evolve/bloom for my teams

Same here. I managed to reach 1 million last week.
Then I had two girls to bloom (Viola Yukata and Alpinia) and several more to evolve, and it was all gone. And I still have some girls ready to evolve..

theres been a sudden rush of blooms coming so gold is becoming more scarce.
