Hmm, probably? I fully amped and maxed her skill level ages ago, so idk.

Put Waterlily on a defensive team to max her survivalbility and she'll dish out 3million dmg to a Lv80 Irontail by herself (she could actually kill the whole thing, if it didn't have a turn limit in place).

I'd think that Alpinia, or other FKs with similar skillsets of HP Absorption could pull off similar feats.
