It wasn't there initially, but it seems to be there now for me.

I read your post, then went to check, it still wasn't there for me.

Cleared cache, refreshed, and it showed up.

PS: I think that the "reactions" when you hover over cards started 4 or so card turning events ago? It's been a while at least.
