I don't think there's any event girl worth blooming over a regular 5*, so that'd probably cut out like 40% of that list.

havent checked stats yet but considering regular 5* can use only one piece of equip vs 4pieces,, doesnt that at least ties up?

a few lavender, edelweiss, hypericum, dipladenia probably worth it. If you got any of those three hit non targeting girls, do them first

What's our baseline for 'regular 5*'? Cause I'd still take an event girl with a 1.2x skill activation ability over some 5* loaded up with shine crystal/solar blast related garbage (Strawberry Candle).

Although, I don't think any event girls pick up something great from blooming? The ones I know of who do get 1.2x skill activation have them from the start or pick them up from evolving. So they're more a case of 'you bloom them because you're using them already so might as well squeeze out some more stats'.

If your needing them for whale fights then that doesn't matter. You just need to up the stats to start with so that you can complete missions. When they are picked to hit the crystals they have 100% skill activation...

Edelweiss, Lavender and Mountain Lilly had much higher stats than all other event girls and thus are worth blooming, other than that ignore event girls and focus on Gatcha girls.

As a general rule the older a gatcha girl is (The longest ones to be in the game not character age) the weaker her stats will be tho Peach is an exception. The game stats in general seem to have been creeping up so most girls that are released now have better or slightly better stats then those that came before.

To be honest tho it's not going to matter that much, just level and evolve all of your girls once even if you do not then max them to 70. That was you can look at the evolution button and see only bloomable girls, from there choose the ones you like and if you are really concerned about whale ship.... bloom the girls with the most equipment slots.

A lvl 80 event girl with 4/4 equipment at max level will still have the same or better stats than a gatcha girl at 1/4 equipment at lvl 80.
