You could encrypt your porn with an EPKE protocol and use onion routing to tranfer it while connected to a public hotspot (like a library). That will mask the IP involved from the ISP and even if they looked at your files they couldn't read them. Of course you'd need someone (probably outside Russia) to retrieve and encrypt the files to be transfered for you, and leaves the problem of storage. Wouldn't it be safe to keep them in local hard disks? I don't think even Russian authorities would come to your house and do a search your pc for no reason... Or would they?

according to what I know about traffic tracking you can still fuck them and watch or play what you want without being tracked just follow these steps :
1) use google and alike sites as guest not while you are logged

2) make sure to use private or incognito browsing or other browsers like tour ( this will make no worries about cookies )

3) use vpn sites like http://hidemyipvpn.com/ or proxy like http://ultrasurf.us/ ( this will make your ISP fucks himself because your browsing is now encrypted and can not see real activities )

4) make sure to follow all steps at the same time and be careful of windows 10 . I use windows 8.1

Here's hoping you're right. Personally, I think these types of laws are bullshit, and I think it's ridiculous. I don't care what you fap to so long as you aren't doing anything that is ACTUALLY reprehensible like doing any of the themes in a lot of hentai. So you have some weird fetishes. Okay. I also played Mortal Kombat 1, 2, and 3. (4 and beyond just got kind of... bad) So I've played a TON of violent games. Know how many people I've killed? Zero.

I agree with you for the most part, but I think there are some kinds of porn that should be reprehensible to own by law, like real snuff and pedopornography (of course when it's not just staged acting). Even if the user don't do anything himself, he is still creating a demand, that's going to be met with an offer because that's how the world works. I don't think prison terms would be the best answer for this though, psychiatric care may be better for them. Of course, hentai on the other hand is harmless and eco-friendly. Also, most of the time the fetishes in hentai don't translate to real: I myself am into futa, but a real hermaphrodite would totally have me weirded out sooner than excited.
