The PeroColo tickets have always been carried over to the next event, unless I missed some announcement from Nutaku. You should still have them when the old Colo comes back.

I always saw the colo tickets empty when next colo was begining. I never saw an announcement which change that feature.

P.S: I saw a Lilith card in a japanese wiki as Perocolo reward. Maybe they're delaying perocolo to make profitable some card/events in the future.
