yeah. I've encountered it only once , but the normal elite guard rolls transform into super elite ones and u get a 30 minutes fight with a 30 milions life monster

Got to say that I didn't expect the "new" slayer cards released during 1rst half turned to be "old" for this 2nd half, and thus removing previous slayer cards like Akie from the scene.
I mean, I don't know if I remember correctly, but slayer cards lasted the entire event last time.

IMO this situation impacts the worth of spending money on event gachas for those slayer cards. Now the money spent on those cards has less value since the effect last shorter.
I think this move is clearly targeting whales who can afford replacing slayer cards twice per event. And let's not forget about puddings..

Indeed, it was an annoying move from them. Fair deal of us got slayer cards and worked our best to raise them asap, only to have them devalued.

The issue is you have to kill 300 super elite guard aka Dark Airu

I've already down 310 Tomoko....

However Dark Airu requires you have multiple people with slayer cards focusing her down the second she is shared while using the sex drink thing... to even stand a chance of bring her down...

I had hoped that they would give out the rewards after the first half and have new rewards for the second half but then again, that's far too generous. I still appreciate their other acts of generosity like the 13k SED lilith card for free though.
