Yeah, it's a good idea to enable 3 SR daily quest when going to Revgacha, E-Gacha or when hunting Limited R's in the R-Gacha "mini-events". Still, i prefer to save my Revgacha tickets for later, when i'll have achance to get cool R's that i want while trying to get Lil Lilith (i doubt they'll remove her from Revgacha, since most of the players want her either because she is the main PPS mascot, has live screenshots from the movie as her level-up images, and has one of the biggest SEDs in the game).
For example, i really want to get Jami Takahashi, Mio Yuizumi, Kashisu Kokuto, Ami Kondo, UrehaTakagi & Ayuko Onizuka, some of which were in the previous Revgacha deck and now got removed.

I got my revival tickets with 5 minutes left in the event and using up all of my pudding. Used one and got Kanae but then got the maintenance screen so went to bed. Next morning my revival tickets are gone and now I'm not seeing them in Kurito Den so I'll be pissed if I lost my tickets.

Did we not get a Revival Gacha ticket for 300 consecutive Shards victories? Is the Revival Gacha not available right now?

I did get 300 consecutive shards wins but I cannot see the Revival Gacha.

The revival gacha ended. You will have to wait until the next one to use the tickets.
