Well, you're going to spend it anyway, but strictly speaking, I'm pretty sure it's a glitch. They don't like you getting to spend LESS money. If you need two e-gacha tickets in one day, this is a way to get them without having to pay extra. 300 gold gets pricy.

Its not a glitch. You can purchase the daily for 100 gold each day as normal.

Also, at the start of each new event, you can purchase an e-gatcha for 100 gold as your "1st spin."

When the next event begins, you will be able to find the 100 gold e-gatcha in the purchase gatcha ticket section for 100 gold (Since this is your "1st spin" for the new event). This is in addition to the daily e-gatcha.

Yeah, the one on the e-gacha tickets tab went to 300 gold after my first purchase. Still good to know, I didn't realize that was case until now.
