Since Lilith Elite Guard event when she was out (to return for a while as Dark Airu in a later event). Last gambit spoiled a little joke about that.

Also, during the Lilith EG event there was Chibi Lilith instead of Chibi Airu too... Now it's Kurito...

And, speaking about spoilers - Kurito often says "Hold the door" xD (as far as i know - it's a spoiler for "Game of Thrones" TV series)
