like gambit 5 with Ryoko Akimoto(only in gold case)

Odds are there won't be a different one but if your really worried you could just save all your gold keys or don't open any of your opened silver/gold chests.

I think no since I got an SR on the silver case. On gambit 5 you only get the SR on the gold case and only R on the silver case
